Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu widely known as Burna Boy was born on 2 July 1991, He hails from Mbiama in Ahoda West Local Government area in Rivers State. Burna Boy who is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer describes his music as Afro-fusion, a genre that blends Afrobeat, dancehall riddims, reggae, American rap and R&B.
Burna boy rose to fame in 2012 after releasing the song "Like To Party" which fetch him so much popularity, since then the African Giant has released several albums with so many hit tracks in them. His albums includes L.I.F.E which was released in 2012, On A Spaceship 2015, Outside 2017, African giant 2019 and Twice as Tall 2020.
