As fans waited for his new drop, Fireboy gives a surprise as he released the song "Afro Highlife". The song was released in 2022 and has started making a trend in Nigeria and across the country. "Afro Highlife" was taken from his new offering "Playboy" an album with 14 tracks which was released by YBNL and Empire Distribution.

Fireboy releases his third studio album "Playboy" after years of many great works and the successful release of his last project "Apollo" in 2020. The new project was released under the imprint of the Nigerian record label, YBNL, and American distribution company and record label, Empire Distribution.

Before Apollo was his Afro-Life and R&B debut studio album "Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps" which was released in 2019 through YBNL. A project that gave the young crooner a way to successful music. Playboy is another great offering and phenomenal body of work album made of Afrosound. It houses a number of fourteen gorgeous tracks and features guest appearances from international recording artists Euro, Shenseea, Rema, Asake, Chris Brown, and Ed Sheeran, whose individual services are generally accepted.
